Have you picked up the most recent copy of the Diner Journal at your independent bookshop yet? You should, and not just because I'm in it. It's, issue after issue, a pretty great collection of writing and images. I had the good fortune of doing a profile on New Hampshire's Landaff Creamery, makers of fine Caerphilly cheese.
