Captain Marvel is starting to take flight again, after languishing under the popularity of Superman. Captain Marvel, for a time, actually outsold Superman comic books on the newsstands. That was decades ago, though, and as Superman has flown into our collective consciousness, Captain Marvel has marveled that he hasn't had much in the way of that collective consciousness pie.
